Notice to students of the Faculty of Exact Sciences (Bachelor, Master and Doctorate)

The Faculty library informs all students of the Faculty of Exact Sciences (Bachelor, Master and Doctorate) that registrations are open for the authorisation to use the services of the Central Library of Salah Boubnider University, Constantine 3.

Registrations are open from 11/10/2026 to 31/10/2026 at the library annex of the Matter Sciences Common Core Structure.

File required to obtain a final diploma

1- File required for the final Bachelor's diploma

  1. Original birth certificate (with first name and surname in Arabic and French)
  2. Copy of the baccalaureate transcript
  3. Copy of the biometric ID card
  4. Copy of the student card
  5. 2 photos
  6. Academic leave decision, one copy (students on academic leave)
  7. Reinstatement decision, one copy (for students who dropped out)
  8. Information form to download, with phone number and e-mail address

2- File required for the final Master's diploma

  1. Original birth certificate (with first name and surname in Arabic and French)
  2. Copy of the baccalaureate transcript
  3. Copy of the Bachelor's diploma
  4. Copy of the biometric ID card
  5. Copy of the student card
  6. 2 photos
  7. Academic leave decision, one copy (students on academic leave)

  10. Original baccalaureate transcript + original Bachelor transcripts + good conduct certificate (for students coming from other universities)
File required to obtain a final diploma issued before 2022

1- File required for the original baccalaureate transcript and a final diploma (LMD)

  1. Provisional success certificate for Bachelor / Master (original)
  2. Complete and recent transcripts following the ministerial template
  3. Diploma supplement (Bachelor / Master) issued by the department
  4. Copy of the biometric ID card
  5. Copy of the baccalaureate transcript
  6. A handwritten request
  7. Original birth certificate with first name and surname in Arabic and French

2- File required for the original baccalaureate transcript and a final diploma (classic system)

  1. Provisional success certificate (original): DEUA, DES, Engineer
  2. A handwritten request
  3. Student card showing the internal number
Baccalaureate withdrawal

File for the definitive withdrawal of the original baccalaureate

  1. Withdrawal form
  2. The original student card; if lost, file a loss declaration at a police station
  3. A valid national ID card or passport
  4. Clearance from the central library
  5. Clearance from the department library
  6. Clearance from the university residence
  7. Clearance from the scholarship office

Note: in case of academic leave

  1. A valid national ID card or passport
  2. The academic leave decision
