This specialization allows the graduate to master all the basic knowledge to improve and value plants, how to maintain their production, and to know all ways of adapting the plant and all the basic physiological phenomena of construction and formation, as well as the mechanisms of adaptation and production. This specialization also allows the student to be able, during his formative course, to master all techniques of genetic improvement, as well as modern techniques of cellular and molecular biology, which open many horizons in improving cultivated plants of economic value, especially strategic food and agricultural crops, fruit crops, medicinal plants and crops.
